The Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has felicitated with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, RT HONOURABLE FEMI GBAJABIAMILA on his birthday.
In a Congratulatory message by the Senate’s Spokesperson, DR AJIBOLA BASIRU on behalf of the Senate.
According to SENATOR BASIRU, the upper Legislative Chamber admired the thoughtful, focused and determined leadership style of the Speaker in the Lower Chamber.
The message affirms that the great vision, probity and sincerity of purpose of RT HON GBAJABIAMILA have to a very large extent contributed to advancement of Democracy in the Country.
DR BASIRU, on behalf of the Senate, points out that GBAJABIAMILA’s pragmatic legislative focussing has made a great impact on delivering dividends of democracy to the generality of Nigerians.
The Senate, emphasising that the Speaker deserves all celebration on his birthday, prayed God to endow him with more wisdom, strength of character and sound health to steer the canoe of the House of Representatives further and to a safe and secure harbour.
