Former chairperson of NIGERIA WOMEN FOOTBALL LEAGUE (NWFL), MRS DILICHUKWU ONYEDINMA has been appointed as the acting Executive secretary of THE FCT SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT SECRETARIAT.
The announcement made by The Federal Capital Territory Administration.
ONYEDINMA in her new portfolio will oversee six Departments which include YOUTH, ARTS AND CULTURE, SOCIAL WELFARE, SPORTS, GENDER and TOURISM.
A Former Hockey player, ONYEDINMA has served as chairperson, Nigeria Women Football; and Executive Board member of the Nigeria Football Federation, Coordinator, Nigeria Association of Women in Sports (NAWIS) Abuja Chapter; Coordinator, State House Queens Football Club of Abuja and the Chairperson of the Capital Doves Women Football Club of Abuja.
Born in Akure, Ondo State but hails from ORLU LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA of Imo State.
She Obtained a Master’s Of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the
Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Bachelors of Science/ Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a National Certificate of Education from Alvan Ikoku College of Education.
DILICHUKWU ONYEDINMA was the Best Graduating student of the National Institute for Sports (Sports Management) in 1999/2000.
