The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the reopening of its Membership Electronic-Registration Exercise across the country ahead of the 2027 General Elections.
The exercise is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 31, 2026, and will be conducted across all wards nationwide.
In a statement issued on Tuesday in Abuja by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the party called on its stakeholders, supporters and members, both old and new, to participate in the exercise.
“We invite all Party stakeholders, supporters and members, old and new, to participate in the APC Membership Electronic-Registration Exercise,” Morka said.
He said existing members would be required to validate their membership, while new and intending members would have the opportunity to register and join the party.
According to the APC, prospective registrants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN).
The party explained that the electronic registration exercise was aimed at digitising its membership register and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of membership records.
It added that the initiative would facilitate efficient access to membership data for planning and management decisions, promote internal democracy and strengthen the party’s commitment to democratic innovation.
The APC urged its members and supporters nationwide to take advantage of the exercise as the party prepares for the 2027 General Elections.
The statement was signed by Felix Morka, CON, National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress.
