Chiamaka Nnadozie announced her arrival in the Women Super League WSL with a clean sheet performance in goal for Brighton and Hove Albion.
The Nigeria international goalie helped her club to a point after a goalless encounter against Aston Villa in their opening game of the season yesterday.
The Super Falcons goalkeeper produced four important saves, demonstrating composure and command in her penalty area.
Nnadozie’s performance was enough to earn her Brighton’s Player of the Match award.
The WAFCON 2024 champion, who joined Brighton this summer after leaving Paris FC, was one of two debutants in the starting line-up alongside Japanese defender Moeke Minami.
