PAOSMI is a Pan African umbrella organization dedicated to the development and promotion of the small and medium industries (SMIs) through Value Addition, Innovation and Sustainability of SMIs. As a confederation it represent the interest of over 65 affiliate networks in 40 countries across 15 industries sectors. Its head office is situated in Rwanda. World Association for Small and Medium Enterprises (WASME) is stimulating, fostering, promoting and coordinating the growth & development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through Technology Transfer and Up gradation, Advanced Skill Development Training programme including EDP, Testing and Quality Control, National/ International Standardization, Prototype product design development, Packaging solutions for products/components, Setting up of common facility center (CFC), Marketing and Export Promotion etc. in all industry sectors including support for growth and competitiveness, access to financing, knowledge management through Policy Advocacy, Conferences/Seminars, Exhibitions, Trade Fares, B2B Meetings etc. WASME head office is situated in India. The partnership is set to foster exchange in Technology,  Skill and Industries between Africa and India.
