SENATOR SANDY ONOR representing CROSS RIVER CENTRAL SENATORIAL DISTRICT at the National Assembly has congratulated Nigerians as the nation celebrates her 59 years of independence.
Also, HON. CHRIS AGIBE and HON. ALEX EGBONA representing BOKI/IKOM and YAKURR/ABI FEDERAL CONSTITUENCIES respectively in separate messages to Nigerians called on Nigerians to unite for the greatness of the country.
The trio however, appealed to Nigerians to support their leaders from the family, the local governments, the state and the federal levels so that together we can achieve greater heights.
According to them, it is only when Nigerians from the North, South, East and West come together that we can defeat the enemies of the country who comes in the form of BOKO HARAM, BANDITS, HERDSMEN, MILITANTS, KIDNAPPERS as well as other forms of criminality.

HON. EGBONA, the only APC law maker from Cross River State further enjoined the people from his constituency to be law abiding while promising to represent them well.

According to SENATOR. ONOR, “As we celebrate this great occasion, I implore all citizens to renew our commitment towards building a great Nigeria by joining hands with government to take our nation to a greater level.”
In his message HON. AGIBE said, “Many great minds have quietly been making great sacrifices in the best interest of our great nation. On this special day, we should resolve to further the onerous task of nation-building.
