The Federal Civil Service Commission has come out to disowns any Recruitment Exercise information making the rounds on various websites and social media platforms asking prospective job seekers to apply through the commission.
A statement contained in a press release on Tuesday, 15th, October 2024 and signed by Mr Taiwo Hassan for the Honourable chairman of the commission read:
“The attention of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) has been drawn to information making the rounds on websites and social media requesting job seekers to apply for vacancies at different organisations through the Commission.
“We unequivocally declare that those online publications are fictitious and should be disregarded as they did not emanate from the Commission.
“The Commission is not recruiting currently. The general public is advised to be wary of the activities of fake recruitment syndicates and racketeers.
“Whenever the Commission officially commences any recruitment exercise, it will be publicly announced on the Commission’s website (www.fedcivilservice.gov.ng).
