Deputy Speaker, Adamawa State House of Assembly, Dr Mikelson Mackando (FCIAP) and Group Managing Director of leading Automobile Giant Whitehorse Group, Amb. (Dr.) Paulo Ndi Oyemike, FCIAP, FIMC, CMC, amongst other notable personalities were on Saturday 27th of March,2021 in a ceremony at the Faculty of Law Conference Hall, University of Abuja, Gwagwalada, inducted into the Fellowship of Chartered Institute of Arts, Management and Professional Studies (IAMPS), of the Prowess University, Delaware USA.
The event was the climax of the 2021 Transformational Leadership and Good Governance Workshop of the University, where great leaders and emerging leaders of the country were moulded for quality leadership.
With the theme: “#EndSARS Protest: Issues, lessons impacts and the future of the Nigerian State”, the Guest Speaker of the event, Dr. Olorunfemi Ayodele Festus (FCIAP), charged Nigerian leaders to take the security and welfare of the people seriously, even as he called on the people to support the constituted authority.
Also confirmed as Chartered Fellows of the Institute were, the Managing Director, WhiteHorse Capital, Mr. Enokela Israel Owoicho (FCIAP), the Deputy Managing Director, WhiteHorse Courier, Mr. Elias Ojo Abutu (FCIAP) and others.
The Prowess University had in 2018, launched a partnership with the Institute in Nigeria to internationalize professional services and explore co-operation on education and research.
The aim of the partnership was to agree on an administrator exchange to share best practice in the professional services, in order to facilitate staff development, improve support for international scholars and help both institutions provide an excellent student experience.
The Institute of Arts Management and Professional Studies (IAMPS) is a Certified Professional Management Training Institute legally registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Nigeria and recognized by the Federal Ministry of Education Nigeria.
The Institute has international accreditations and recognitions such as: International Standard Organization (ISO), Euro-American Joint Accreditation Services (EAJAS), Recognition Accreditation and Chartered Council (RACC), World Safety Organization (WSO), Chartered Institute of Arts Management & Professionals, USA (CIAP).
